65-year-old Queens woman stabbed by home intruders while taking out trash: NYPD

A 65-year-old woman was stabbed multiple times by two home intruders inside her apartment in Flushing, Queens, was stabbed multiple times by tow intruders who entered her apartment while she was taking out of the trash.
This incident was occurred at 5:30 p.m. inside an apartment building on Roosevelt Avenue near Parsons Boulevard. When she was taking her garbage in out side, two unidentified intruders got into her house. They tried to rob her, but left without taking anything. Before they flee, they stabbed victims several times. Authorities have not identified the suspects or determined how they gained access to the building. Police have not indicated whether this was a random attack or if the victim was targeted.
